Privacy Policy

1. What we process

Account data: your email address, plan, interface language and team membership. Sign-in is passwordless (magic links); we never store passwords.

Content you provide: company profiles, websites you point us to, uploaded documents, free-text descriptions and saved searches. This may include personal data you choose to include — provide only what is needed.

Usage data: match feedback (👍/👎), technical logs and IP-based rate-limiting records for the public preview.

2. What we deliberately do not process

TED notices contain names and contact details of buyers' contact persons. We do not request, index or display these contact-person fields; they never enter our database.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service (matching, digests, team sharing) — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Service analytics, abuse prevention and product improvement — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Where consent is required, we ask for it separately.

4. Processors and recipients

We use: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the EU — Stockholm), Vercel (application hosting), OpenAI (text embeddings of profiles and notices), Anthropic (profile extraction from your materials), Paddle (payments, as independent Merchant of Record), Resend (transactional email). Your materials are sent to OpenAI/Anthropic solely to provide the service and are not used by us to train models.

5. Team sharing

On the Team plan, your profiles, matches, feedback and saved searches are visible to and editable by the other members of your workspace.

6. Retention

Account and content data are kept while your account exists and deleted or anonymised within 30 days of account deletion. Billing records are retained as required by tax law by us and by Paddle.

7. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Bulgaria: the Commission for Personal Data Protection, cpdp.bg). Write to contact@inceptiq.ai to exercise them.

8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: session authentication and your language preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
