TED — Tenders Electronic Daily

All tender notices come from TED, the online supplement to the Official Journal of the EU (ted.europa.eu), retrieved via the public TED Search API v3. New notices are synchronised daily; corrections published by TED overwrite our copies.

Contains information from TED, © European Union, https://ted.europa.eu, 1998–2026. Reused under the Commission's reuse policy (Decision 2011/833/EU). TenderLens is not affiliated with the European Union. Only notices published in the Official Journal of the EU are authentic — always verify deadlines and conditions in the official source.

ЦАИС ЕОП — Bulgarian national register

Bulgarian notices below the EU thresholds are published only nationally, so TenderLens also ingests the daily open-data feed of the Centralised Automated Information System "Electronic Public Procurement" (ЦАИС ЕОП / АОП), at storage.eop.bg. These notices are labelled "national" in results and link to app.eop.bg.

Contains information from АОП / ЦАИС ЕОП open data, reused under CC-BY 4.0. When a procedure is also published in the Official Journal, the richer TED record is kept and the national duplicate is dropped.

The national feed publishes the number of offers received for awarded contracts. We use it to show a buyer's past competition levels; a contract awarded on a single bid is a published fact, not our judgement of the procedure.

Coverage

TED covers procurement above the EU thresholds. Below-threshold tenders are published only in national systems: for Bulgaria we ingest them from ЦАИС ЕОП (see below), for other countries they may not appear in TenderLens yet. Multilingual titles and descriptions are shown as published by TED; matching operates on meaning across all 24 official languages.

CPV nomenclature

The Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV 2008) classification and its multilingual labels come from the EU Publications Office (eForms SDK codelists).

Exchange rates

Non-euro contract values are converted using the European Central Bank's daily reference rates. Converted values are indicative.

Relevance scores

"Fit" scores and match reasons are produced by TenderLens's own semantic and lexical analysis. They are estimates to help you triage, not part of the official notice.
