TenderLens is operated by InceptiqAI (legal name: „Инсептик ЕйАй“ OOD), UIC 208811409, 172 Naycho Tsanov St., Sofia, Bulgaria (inceptiq.ai) ("we"). By creating an account or using tenderlens.inceptiq.ai (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
TenderLens monitors public procurement notices published in TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) and matches them against company profiles using semantic and lexical analysis. The Service surfaces and ranks published information; it does not submit bids, guarantee completeness of coverage, or provide legal or procurement advice.
Only notices published in the Official Journal of the EU are authentic. TED covers procurement above EU thresholds; below-threshold national tenders may not appear.
2. Business use
The Service is offered to businesses and professionals (B2B). By subscribing you confirm you act in a professional capacity, not as a consumer.
3. Accounts and teams
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. On the Team plan, up to ten accounts share one workspace: members see and can edit each other's profiles, matches and saved searches. Inviting a member is your decision to share that data with them.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Prices are stated excluding VAT; VAT is applied at checkout and B2B reverse charge applies with a valid VAT number.
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect immediately with billing adjusted at the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You may not resell or systematically redistribute the Service's output as a competing data feed, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Fair-use limits (e.g. preview searches, profile counts per plan) apply as described in the product.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and branding remain our property. Tender notice content originates from TED, © European Union, reused under the Commission's reuse policy. Your uploaded materials remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to process them for providing the Service.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". Matching is probabilistic: relevance scores are estimates, and missed or irrelevant notices will occur. You remain responsible for verifying any notice in the official source before acting on it, including deadlines and eligibility.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by missed tenders or reliance on matching results.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination we delete or anonymise your data in line with the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email with reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria; courts of Sofia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules.
